Registration Information and Instructions
Registration is now open for Council attendees. Register by January 30 to avoid a $25 late fee. We do not have a block of rooms at the hotel, so those who wish to travel to Williamsburg on Friday should make their own lodging arrangements.

The registration fee covers the expense to convene Council. Early registration through January 30 is $100 per attendee for clergy, lay delegates, and lay alternates; and $50 for retired/non-parochial clergy and visitors.  

Payment is due no later than Monday, January 30 to avoid a $25 late registration fee.

Scholarship funds for Council registration are available. Contact Judy Dobson at jdobson@diosova.org or 757-213-3386.

Registration Instructions
You may register individually, or you may register your entire delegation at one time. You may pay by credit card or check.

If paying by check, please make checks payable to Episcopal Diocese of Southern Virginia with “2023 Annual Council” on the memo line. Checks should be mailed to:

Cancellations and Refund of Registration Fee
Cancellations through February 15 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after February 15 will not be refunded. Non-refundable registration fees are transferrable to another participant.

Disclaimer
The Episcopal Diocese of Southern Virginia reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund. We also reserve the right to substitute event presenters and modify dates and programs.
