The Rt. Rev. Herman "Holly" Hollerith IV
The Rt. Rev. Herman (Holly) Hollerith IV
was consecrated as the tenth bishop
of the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Virginia
in February 2009. He has served as Rector of
Bruton Parish, Williamsburg, Virginia and
Rector of Prince George Winyah, Georgetown,
South Carolina. He holds an M.Div. from
Yale Divinity School and a Bachelor of Science
from Denison University. Bishop Hollerith was
ordained to the priesthood in 1983
and was elected bishop on Sept. 27, 2008.
