  • Eligible non-participating employees have the option to join a plan
  • Eligible non-participating dependents may be added to a member’s plan without the need of a qualifying event

Currently Enrolled Employees
Approximately one week before the Open Enrollment period, all currently enrolled Medical Trust employees will receive a letter from the Medical Trust with more detailed information and instructions regarding Open Enrollment (OE) plans for 2018.

Not Making Any Changes to Your Plans
Even if you do not want to make changes to your health plan it is still important to log on to your MyCPG account website to check your personal information is correct for yourself and your dependents.

Not Currently Enrolled
If you are not currently participating in a Medical Trust plan and would like to enroll, you will not receive a letter. Please contact Canon Ed Tracy for signup information, 757-213-3378 or 800-582-8292, etracy@diosova.org.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need to enroll using your MyCPG Account.
The user name and password you created to access your benefits information on MyCPG Account will also be used to access the open enrollment web page. If you have not done so previously, you will need to create a MyCPG Account prior to Open Enrollment. Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Optional Plans

You need to be on Medicare and pre-approved through the Episcopal Medical Trust in order to participate in the MSP plans. There are four “MSP” plans to select from for 2018: Anthem BCBS MSP EPO 90, Anthem MSP 80/60, Anthem MSP 75/50, and Anthem BCBS MSP PPO 70 SLV plan. These MSP plans are ONLY available to those on Medicare (65+) or who have a spouse/partner on Medicare who will be in the Diocesan Health Plan. The plans are optional for Medicare recipients and are not required. If you would like to have the option explained further please contact Canon Ed Tracy, 757-213-3378 or 800-582-8292, etracy@diosova.org.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with Cigna Behavioral Health

In addition to the health plans, we offer a stand-alone EAP plan that parishes may elect to offer to their employees who opt out of medical benefits coverage at $5 a month. (The EAP is already included as part of every medical plan offering.) This will be billed in the same manner as the medical benefits. Your parish may elect to offer the EAP to all eligible employees who have opted out of medical coverage or to no one. Please contact Canon Ed Tracy if you are interested, 757-213-3378 or 800-582-8292, etracy@diosova.org.
