Ballot results will be posted as soon as they are available
on the diocesan website, Facebook page, and Instagram.

All clergy and lay delegates must register in order to attend. The registration fee is $25 per person, and a box lunch (vegan option available) is included with registration.

IMPORTANT! Due to space limitations only canonically resident clergy, either active or retired, and certified lay delegates will be able to attend this Special Council. We are unable to accommodate lay alternates, visitors, or clergy who are not canonically resident in Southern Virginia.

Churches must have submitted a current, valid Certificate of Lay Delegates and Alternates in order to register their lay delegates. Churches are encouraged to register their delegates as a group. Lay members of the Standing Committee and Executive Board are encouraged to register through their churches.

Registration closed on September 3. If your delegates have not registered, contact Susan Allen, 757-213-3391.
