Young Adult Ministries Mission Statement:
 

CREATE + GROW + EMBOLDEN +
 

The Episcopal Diocese of Southern Virginia seeks to CREATE, GROW and EMBOLDEN an authentic faith community for Christian adults 18-40 with relevant experiences for their daily lives.
 

The Young Adult Commission meets approximately monthly and is chaired by Erin Brady of Glebe Church Suffolk (ekbrady1228@gmail.com). The commission provides peer support to young adults in ministry and is in the process of developing resources for parishes and convocations. The group also works to encourage and sponsor new young adult ministry initiatives.
